Every Grim Supply piece is a limited drop. No refunds, no store credit, no returns for fit or change of mind. Check the size guide before you buy.

Size exchange — the only exception

We allow one size exchange per order, on these terms:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@grimsupply.com with your order number.
  • The replacement size must be in stock. Once a size is sold out, the drop is final — no exchange can be honored.
  • The original piece must arrive back to us unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, smell, deodorant marks, or alteration will be refused and returned to you at your cost.
  • You pay the return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured method — we're not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
  • Once received and inspected, we'll ship the replacement size to your original delivery address at no additional cost. Allow 3–5 business days from receipt for the replacement to ship.
  • One exchange per order. Exchanges cannot be exchanged again.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  1. Email support@grimsupply.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (and a photo of the shipping label if the wrong item was sent).
  3. We'll review and respond within 2 business days with a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be honored.

Order cancellation

We may cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, address issues, or sold-out inventory. Refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to start an exchange or claim

Email support@grimsupply.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason (size exchange, damage, defect, wrong item)
  • Photos (for damage, defect, or wrong item)
  • For size exchanges: the replacement size you want

We respond within 2 business days.
