Grim Supply is a streetwear drop label based out of Atlanta, Georgia (ATL · 30310). “We,” “us,” and “Grim” in these terms means Grim Supply.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on grimsupply.com. By checking out, you confirm you are 18+ and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, do not buy from us — have a parent or guardian place the order on your behalf.

Every release is a limited drop. Pieces are capped. Once a piece sells through, it does not come back. Restocks are not part of the brand.

Pricing, inventory, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason — including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or sold-out inventory after the fact.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed when we send you the order confirmation email. Payment is captured at checkout.

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

We ship from Atlanta, Georgia. Orders are processed within 48 hours. Once shipped, expect 3–5 business days for delivery anywhere in the United States. Grim Supply ships to U.S. addresses only at this time.

Domestic shipping is a flat $9. Orders $150 and over ship free. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the package. See the Shipping Policy for details.

All drop pieces are final sale. No refunds, no store credit, no returns for fit or change of mind. Check the size guide before you buy.

Size exchanges are the only exception. Within 7 days of delivery you may request a one-time size exchange for the same piece in a different size, subject to availability. You pay the return shipping. The original piece must arrive back to us unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Once received and inspected, we'll ship the replacement size at no additional cost. If the replacement size is sold out, the exchange cannot be honored — the drop is final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email support@grimsupply.com within 7 days of delivery with order number and photos and we'll make it right.

All graphics, prints, garment artwork, text, photography, and imagery on grimsupply.com are owned by Grim Supply or used under license. Don't copy, reprint, repost, screen-print, or otherwise commercially use anything from this site without written permission. Press and editorial use — reach out first.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site.
• Use bots to bulk-buy drop pieces.
• Impersonate Grim or anyone else.
• Upload malicious code.

Orders placed using bots, resale scripts, or multiple accounts to circumvent drop limits will be canceled.

The site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it up and accurate, but we don't guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that any specific feature will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grim Supply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase.

We may update these terms over time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration section below, any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of grimsupply.com or any purchase from Grim Supply will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Fulton County, Georgia, or by remote videoconference at your election. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. You and Grim Supply each agree that any proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Carve-outs. This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual-property infringement, or from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court.

Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@grimsupply.com with your full name, order number, and the statement “I opt out of arbitration” within 30 days of your first purchase.
