United States addresses only at this time. International orders are not accepted — any order placed for delivery outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded.

Rates apply to standard shipping within the U.S. Sales tax is calculated separately at checkout based on your destination.

Orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. During drop launches, processing may extend to 3–5 business days due to volume — we'll note this on your order confirmation if it applies.

Once shipped, expect 3–5 business days for delivery anywhere in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Allow 24 hours for the carrier to register the first scan.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it, file a claim with the carrier first. We will help where we can but cannot refund or replace packages lost after delivery.

If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, email support@grimsupply.com immediately. Once a label is created we may not be able to redirect. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.
